How To Put Pandora Radio Into Your Mac’s Menubar

If you like Pandora Radio and want it on your Mac, this is the way. PandaBar is exactly what you think and hope it to be. It’s a Mac app that resides in your Menubar and controls Pandora Radio.

Click on the PandaBar control in the Menubar. Like, dislike, pause, or change Stations in Pandora.

Selecting a Station is similarly easy. Scroll, select, click. Click the Player button to return to the player.

What else would you want?

How about keyboard controls for each option? PandaBar gives you keyboard shortcuts, including options to use those on your Mac’s keyboard.

How about a remote control? If you have Apple’s Remote Control, PandaBar works with that, too.

The only real negatives here are that you’ll end up listening to Pandora Radio far more than with your iPhone or iPod touch. And, there’s not try-before-you-buy option. Mac App Store only. Fortunately, the price is nominal at a few bucks and within my threshold of pain.
