No doubt about it, my new fruit-for-breakfast diet is better than any of these. From RealAge Healthy Living, the list (spoiler alert):
- Starbucks – skip the fat bomb donuts, fritters, croissants. Yogurt Parfait’s are good.
- McDonald’s – skip the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. Oatmeal is good.
- Jamba Juice – skip the Peanut Butter Moo’d and go with oatmeal and banana.
- Subway – Skip the Breakfast B.M.T. Melt and go with Black Forest Ham, Egg & Cheese on a muffin.
That wasn’t so bad, right?
The worst was Bruegger’s Bagels with cream cheese.
