The list McDonald's is not on

American’s are addicted to fast food, specifically the iconic burger. While which hamburger is the best is open for debate, the 6 Worst Fast-Food Burgers is now official. From David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding in Men’s Health:

A hamburger isn’t, by itself, a terrible nutritional choice. Topped with some lettuce and tomato, ketchup, and mustard—and placed in a relatively small bun—a burger is a high-protein treat that shouldn’t pack too much fat or too many calories.

Which fast-food hamburgers are the worst nutritional offenders?

  1. Burger King Triple Whopper (1,250 calories, 84 g fat, 11,600440 mg sodium)
  2. Hardee’s Thickburger (910 calories, 64 g fat, 1,560 mg sodium)
  3. Carl’s Jr. Six Dollar burger (890 calories, 54 g fat, 2,040 mg sodium)
  4. Carl’s Jr. Six Dollar burger (890 calories, 54 g fat, 2,040 mg sodium)
  5. Five Guys Cheeseburger (840 calories, 55 g fat, 1,050 mg sodium)
  6. In-N-Out Burger and Fries(790 calories, 37 g fat, 895 mg sodium)
  7. Wendy’s Cheeseburger with Everything (700 calories, 40 g fat, 1,440 mg sodium)

Nope. McDonald’s didn’t make the list.
