Do you have any apps on your Mac that you bought but don’t use and wish you hadn’t spent the money? I have more than a few, including one with a single feature that looked useful at the time but has yet to be used even once.
The app in question is called CurlPhotos. Can you guess what it does?
If you guessed that CurlPhotos puts a page turning curl on a photo, you’d be spot on. Drop in any JPEG, TFF, BMP, PNG, or PSD file and add a corner page curl.
Here’s an example.
And yet another.
Yes, there’s a place for page curling on photos or images, and CurlPhotos does it as well as any utility I’ve seen to date.
It comes with controls for the background, angle, radius, edge, and even vignetting. The controls are simple to master and mostly self explanatory. Adjustments are visible in real time as you change the controls.
That’s all it does, and if that’s all you need to do, CurlPhotos is perfect.
